Ibajay, Aklan Vice Mayor Julio Estolloso was confirmed dead after he was shot by his colleague inside the Sangguniang Bayan session hall on Friday morning, August 8, 2025. The suspect, Councilor Mihrel Seratin, surrendered to authorities following the incident. Vice Mayor Julio Estolloso is also known as the principal of MMSI, has a kind heart. Students of Melchor was truly heartbroken about the news that their principal was being shot dead by his colleague the Councilor Mihrel Seratin.
Vice Mayor Julio Estolloso is a good person and a good principal it was confirmed by the student’s reaction. The school posted pictures of the students crying it is truly heart breaking to see them cry, now it shows that they really love Vice Mayor Julio Estollo and if the students love him must really love the students too. That shows that the Vice Mayor is a very good person and a good principal because of the student’s reaction.
Through hard ship and difficulties in life the Vice Mayor has helped them with all they are going trough with his sweet and powerful words so they can rise and continue living the world they desire with the help of the vice mayor’s advice and help they discovered freedom and the ability to learn more nogt just learn more but to discover the world.
The death of the Vice Mayor is truly heart breaking, especially seeing the students cry the school held a very fantastic funeral for their beloved Vice Mayor Julio M. Estolloso to honor his love, care, and hardship for whole school not just the school but also for the ibajayon who he helped and cared with both love and tender.
